You need to contact your landlord in the first instance and allow them time to address the issue. Where water or electricity goes off please remember this may be a utility supplier fault.

If you rent from a private landlord you will need to contact them directly or their letting agent. Their contact details should be on the tenancy agreement or other tenancy documentation they have provided to you.
